Align, Empower, Sustain

Align, Empower, Sustain is a three-part curriculum designed to re-invigorate student organizations from the ground up - first exploring the consistency of organizations through the Align program, then focusing on member engagement strategies through the Empower program, and ending with long-term culture creation through the Sustain program.

All three parts of this series incorporate dialogue, strategic planning, and reflection. Participants can expect to build community with one another while developing leadership skills and having critical conversations about where their organization is headed. Ultimately, students are asked to turn insight into action to help their organization reach its potential.

Implementation for this curriculum is highly malleable, as it can be facilitated for a single student organization or multiple student organizations at once. Additionally, each program can be facilitated in isolation or in succession. Detailed options and preparation guidance for any of the pathways above are included in the facilitator manual.
