LeaderShape's two-hour, in-person program curriculum is designed to help participants build practical skills for managing change and uncertainty. Through engaging activities and thoughtful reflection, participants will explore key strategies for staying grounded, flexible, and supportive—both for themselves and others—when facing challenges or shifting circumstances.

This purchase includes:

  • A facilitator guide to help prepare facilitators before their session and provide guidance during the session. This guide includes slide numbers from the presentation as well as participant page numbers to refer to during the session.
  • A slide presentation to use during the session.
  • A participant manual for everyone in each session to use.
  • A virtual quarterly coaching and collaboration session with the LeaderShape staff and other purchasers of this program.

Once you've purchased Resilience, you can facilitate the program as many times as you like. Anyone on your campus can utilize these materials as they are written to facilitate the program on your campus. More than one person on your campus can facilitate this program.
