Connect is LeaderShape's newest Download & Go curriculum, designed to help participants move beyond simply understanding their DiSC results to intentionally developing the leadership behaviors they use least often. By focusing on their Stretch Zone, the areas where they naturally score lower, participants learn to expand their leadership range, strengthen team dynamics, and become more effective collaborators.

Participants will develop awareness of their non-dominant tendencies, understand how different environments call for different leadership behaviors, examine how team cultures reward or suppress certain ways of contributing, and build greater flexibility, empathy, and adaptability in leadership practice. This program positions leadership growth not as becoming “better” at your dominant style, but as developing the capacity to stretch beyond your default tendencies when situations and relationships require it.

Connect incorporates dialogue, strategic planning, and reflection. Participants can expect to build community with one another while developing leadership skills and having critical conversations about enhancing personal and collective leadership capacity. Ultimately, participants are asked to turn insight into action to enhance any leadership context they’re in.
