Juan Mendizabal
Director of Program Quality and Management
Juan Mendizabal (he/him) is the Director of Program Quality and Management at LeaderShape. In his role, Juan is responsible for partnering with campuses as they prepare for LeaderShape's programs as well as managing LeaderShape's facilitator community.
Juan earned an undergraduate degree in English Education and a certificate in Leadership Studies from Florida State University. After teaching middle school and high school English, he transitioned to higher education with a master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. Juan spent nearly a decade in higher education administration and adjunct faculty roles before joining the LeaderShape team.
Juan lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he enjoys day trips to the mountains, practicing yoga, and spending time with close friends and his beloved canine daughter, Lillian.
